The Pilato Family Farm began its wine production history back in 1934. This family tradition has been passed down from generation to generation, with younger generations enriching grape processing today by incorporating modern technologies and equipment. Located in Lašići, a small village northeast of Poreč, our vineyards primarily cultivate grapevines for white wine production, while 30% of the area is dedicated to red grape varieties.
The numerous awards received at both domestic and international competitions testify that we produce only the finest Istrian wines. Like many of the best Istrian wineries, we also provide a space for wine tasting. Within the Pilato winery, you'll find a wine tasting room.
In our wine cellar, you can sample wines directly from the barrel and decide which bottle you'd like to take home as a souvenir. Visit us and indulge in carefully selected wines paired with excellent local delicacies, cheeses, and prosciutto—all in a relaxing atmosphere that reflects the spirit of Istria.
In addition to wines, we also produce high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
It is exclusively obtained through the cold-pressing process immediately after the harvest, ensuring that only the best flavor is extracted from the fruits of the Leccino, Ascolana, and Itrana olive varieties.
